I am signing because the pharmaceutical companies caused much harm knowingly. They made billions and they have not paid one cent to the people they injured.

False advertising based on alledged misleading information due to the original trials not alledgedly processed correctly in data compilation, told 6 deaths when at least 1200. This did not meet with ethical international standards of between 23-25 deaths when such a product trial would be discontinued and not released to the market. Additionally the Alledged actual ingredients of the trial to the submission was alledgedly different. Misleading in essence which they knew so that makes it alledged fraud. And false advertising which leads to taking a medicine that results in death is under a U.S.A. case considered manslaughter as I understand it. A criminal charge actually.

Please pass HB3441 to allow lawsuits against Big Pharma. Exemptions for them have been deadly. Foe too long they have been protected like no other business or person. The false advertisements and lies about how great killer vaccines are, must end. I know so many people and myself hurt by these lies drugs and vaccines,many have died!

I personally know people who have been harmed by the vaccine resulting in serious life changes. Someone has to be held accountable for this experimentation

Vaccine companies should have liability for injuries, just like everyone else. These products are dangerous and should not be given to everyone.

There are no such bills to sign here in the UK. It makes me feel better to sign something supporting freedom and justice for those damaged by vaccines because the trusting public believed these adverts. Just hope we in the UK will follow in US's footsteps with the push backs, but not holding my breath! Starmageddon is killing us!

Their fucking vaccine almost killed my wife, and their MMR turned my grandson severely autistic, with no recourse for us. Pass laws to prosecute and execute these murdering bastards.
