HB 3441 does not challenge FDA oversight or product safety regulations. Instead, it offers a constitutionally sound, state-level pathway to hold companies accountable for deceptive advertising. As Texans, we expect transparency, truth in public health messaging, and the right to legal redress when harm occurs.
This bill has strong bipartisan support, with 79 House sponsors. Its passage will demonstrate Texas’ leadership in protecting bodily autonomy and civil rights in health policy.

As a result, individuals injured by vaccines have been systematically denied access to justice, regardless of the severity or cause of harm.
HB 3441 offers a lawful and urgently needed corrective.
It does not challenge FDA authority or vaccine approvals. Instead, it targets deceptive, misleading, or coercive advertising campaigns that lead to real-world harm—a domain where state legislatures retain full authority to act under their consumer protection and tort law powers.

I want to support this bill in order to drive its passage in Texas so that the criminal pharmaceutical companies will be held legally liable for harming and killing people in Texas, in the U. S. and then throughout the entire world.

It;s the right thing to do
False advertising based on alledged misleading information due to the original trials not alledgedly processed correctly in data compilation, told 6 deaths when at least 1200. This did not meet with ethical international standards of between 23-25 deaths when such a product trial would be discontinued and not released to the market. Additionally the Alledged actual ingredients of the trial to the submission was alledgedly different. Misleading in essence which they knew so that makes it alledged fraud. And false advertising which leads to taking a medicine that results in death is under a U.S.A. case considered manslaughter as I understand it. A criminal charge actually.
