JOIN THE UNITED STATES AND ARGENTINA IN EXITING THE WHO AND ESTABLISHING A NEW RESPONSIVE GLOBAL HEALTH COOPERATIVE
URGENT: Reject IHR Amendments by July 19, 2025
INTRODUCTION
We, the undersigned citizens of Member States of the World Health Organization, petition our respective governments to follow the leadership of the United States and Argentina in withdrawing from the World Health Organization. The time has come to establish a new, responsive global health cooperative that genuinely serves the health interests of citizens worldwide while respecting national sovereignty and fundamental human rights.
As Secretary Kennedy powerfully stated: "I urge the world's health ministers and the WHO to take our withdrawal as a wake-up call. We don't have to suffer the limits of a moribund WHO—let's co-create a new, responsive global health cooperative. It's time to EXIT WHO."
WHEREAS:
The WHO has systematically breached its duties under international law by:
- Violating Human Rights and Bioethics Standards: Authorizing emergency use gene-based injections as "vaccines" without proper informed consent protocols, targeting vulnerable populations including indigenous communities and intellectually disabled persons.
- Suppressing Scientific Discourse: Censoring internal disputes, banning dissenting experts, and collaborating with technology companies to suppress legitimate scientific debate and adverse event reporting.
- Entering Opaque Deals: Negotiating secret contracts and indemnity waivers for pharmaceutical companies that shield them from liability even in cases of fraud, negligence, or willful misconduct.
- Misclassifying Medical Interventions: Improperly labeling gene therapy products as "vaccines" to circumvent regulatory requirements and established legal frameworks.
- Concealing Adverse Events: Systematically underreporting injuries and denying links between products and harm, violating transparency obligations.
- Operating with Significant Conflicts of Interest: Allowing major funders such as the Gates Foundation, pharmaceutical companies, and the World Economic Forum to dictate health priorities and policies.
- Failing to Investigate Breaches: Ignoring complaints and whistleblowers while protecting leadership through secret immunity agreements.
AND WHEREAS:
The International Health Regulations (IHR) Amendments threaten national sovereignty by:
- Expanding WHO's authority to declare health emergencies without sufficient oversight
- Imposing mandatory compliance with WHO directives
- Establishing digital surveillance systems that violate privacy rights
- Creating legally binding requirements that bypass democratic processes
- Granting WHO officials diplomatic immunity even when overriding national health policies
AND WHEREAS:
The WHO has established problematic global arrangements including:
- Secret agreements with Gavi that bypass national regulators
- World Bank pandemic funding that conditions loans on compliance with WHO directives
- IMF credit lines that create "debt-for-health" policy swaps
- COVAX indemnity deals that protect pharmaceutical companies from liability
- Digital ID systems that threaten civil liberties and medical privacy
- Behavioral "nudge" partnerships with WEF to manipulate public opinion
NOW THEREFORE:
We urgently petition our governments to:
- WITHDRAW MEMBERSHIP from the World Health Organization following the example of the United States and Argentina
- FORMALLY REJECT THE IHR AMENDMENTS before the July 19, 2025 deadline to protect our national sovereignty
- JOIN THE INITIATIVE to establish a new global health cooperative based on:
- Transparency and public oversight
- Genuine scientific debate and inquiry
- Respect for national sovereignty
- Protection of human rights and informed consent
- Accountability for conflicts of interest
- Democratic governance without undue corporate influence
CONCLUSION
The critical deadline of July 19, 2025 to reject the IHR Amendments is approaching rapidly. Once these amendments take effect, the path to reclaiming health sovereignty becomes significantly more challenging. We must act now to preserve our rights to determine our own health policies and to establish a truly responsive global health system that serves the people rather than corporate or globalist interests.
As citizens concerned about the future of global health governance, we urge our governments to take immediate action to exit the WHO and reject these dangerous amendments.
This petition may be freely copied, distributed and submitted to health ministers, foreign ministers, heads of state, and legislative bodies worldwide.

I believe the WHO is controlled by its funders and need to be reformed. Its funders I beleieve are Bif Pharma vaccine peddlers and the DG can call a PHEIC at any given time all while the pharmaceutical companies make huge profits and experiment of the global population. The IHR and the Pandemic treaty are all created in violation of Jus Cogens Norms, human rights norms , international law and constitutionally prohibited in my opinion

We must exit the WHO. At one point, Trump stated that we would form a new global health organization with different leadership. Then, more recently he said the problem is the leadership. It is the leadership AND the crooked rules violating sovereignty that that got us where we are now. Professor Lee Thayer PhD taught at University of WIsconsin–Parkside. He taught that an organization that has gone bad cannot be reformed from inside. The structure must be reformed with different players for the most part. The rules and mission need to be made correctly clear to be responsive to the sovereignity of each nation.
We need to get out of the WHO

I have lost trust in the WHO
I want the human race to move toward healthcare that is not dictated corporate interest of pharmaceutical companies.
